SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Punch Park offers free shipping for all orders over $100. There is a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $100 sent via Regular Post. Parcels will be delivered approximately between 1-7 business days. If you wish to receive your parcel in 1-3 business days, please click the Express Post box at checkout. Express Post parcels have a flat rate of $15 for all parcels.
Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order. If you have any queries about shipping, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
International orders are sent using Australia Post International Pack & Track or Express Courier International with a flat rate of $30. Delivery ranges between 5-14 business days - with standard delivery times varying between metropolitan areas of major cities. Parcels may be subject to unavoidable delays in customs due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.
PLEASE NOTE: All import taxes, brokerage fees and duties are payable by the customer. PUNCH PARK Australia Pty Ltd. does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s postal system, please contact them to find the guidelines around importing from Australia.
All orders are sent with TRACKING through Australia Post. Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order. If you have any queries about shipping, please contact us on email@example.com.
Returns and faulty goods
We accept returns of any non-sale items purchased online in Australia within 30 days. Items should be returned in their original condition with goods unused and tags still attached in their packaging. Sale items are unable to be returned.
You can opt for a exchange or refund and we aim to process credits within 7 days of receiving goods back to our HEAD OFFICE, C/- P.O. BOX 227, ANNANDALE NSW 2038 AUSTRALIA.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method to return items to us. Items are your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. If a package gets lost in the post, you will be responsible for claiming compensation from your postal service.

At PUNCHPARK we really want our customers to walk away from the experience happy with the service we have provided and loving our fashion pieces. If by some outside chance you have received a faulty item, we apologise!
Contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have found a fault with your goods and please provide detailed photos of the item. We will sort this out for you as a priority.

In the case that we are required to personally take your Credit Card details, those details will be kept in a secure location until the details are processed and then will be destroyed once the payment has cleared.
